Closed Face Tong Upgrade Features

Hydraulic Closed Face Backup

• Hydraulically actuated closed face backup ensures positive clamping every time
• Can be run off of existing rig hydraulics
• Handles 2-3/8” up to 5-1/2” without having to change dies
• Does not need to be flipped to change from make up to break out

Optional Basic Closed Face Tong Control

• Stainless Steel drillers console with Class 1 Div 1 valve controls and air valves for Hi/Low gear shift and existing backup actuator
• Class 1 Div 1 Valve for controlling hydraulic functions mounted on wrench
• Allows driller to operate the wrench from up to 10m away
